MYOB
Your CargoOffice has been configured to work with MYOB, now let's authorise it!
Updated 1 week ago
We're up to the last step before you can start creating sales in MYOB directly from your CargoOffice, your new efficiency super power is almost complete.
"Push" a shipment to MYOB
Log in to your CargoOffice and navigate to Backoffice -> Invoicing -> To be invoiced.
In here you can see all jobs that have been completed (generally meaning they have received the 'Delivery ok' status). Select one or more shipments (using the checkboxes on the left hand side) then, using the 'With selected:' options list, select 'Send to MYOB'.
A new window will open telling you that CargoOffice is attempting to send the chosen info to MYOB.
Authorise CargoOffice to access your Company File
As we're not yet authorised, this window will update to display the MYOB login prompt. Enter your my.myob login details.
Select the company file which you would like to give CargoOffice access to and the window should update again (it might take several seconds) to tell you a sale(s) has been raised in MYOB.
Verify and request further changes
Have a look in MYOB, review your shiny new sale and let the CargoOffice team know if there are further adjustments required.
Use your super power wisely!!
